Supplier Registration Notice

Supply and Delivery of Goods and Services For the Period Ending December 2029

Nutrition International-Tanzania invites applications from interested and eligible firms for the registration of suppliers for the provision of goods and services for the period ending 2029.

The registration is open to the following categories:

Goods

• NI/01/2026 Supply of computers, laptops, cameras, servers, UPS, printers, Projectors, scanners, & phones.
• NI/03/2026 Supply and delivery of general office stationery (printing cartridge/toners, notebooks, pens, printing papers, envelopes etc.)
• NI/04/2026 Designing, printing and delivery of artwork, Information Education Communication (IEC) materials, Shirts, T-shirts, bags, caps, umbrellas, pens, mugs etc.

Services

• NI/05/2026 Provision of Taxis and car-hire services (for in-town travel and field-related services).
• NI/06/2026 Provision of Air ticketing services (accredited to IATA/KATA).
• NI/07/2026 Provision of Hotel accommodation and conference services.
• NI/08/2026 Provision of Photography & Videography.

Interested and eligible firms should send their official business email address to [email protected] in order to receive the supplier registration document containing detailed terms and conditions. The subject line of the email should clearly indicate the category number for which a firm is expressing interest.

Duly completed supplier registration document together with the required supporting documents should be zipped together and sent to [email protected] so as to be received on or before FRIDAY FEBRUARY 20, 2025, AT 5.00PM. The e-mail subject line must clearly indicate the CATEGORY NUMBER you are applying for e.g. “NI/01/2025
